Can I use this script with my existing site?
Eezers community sites are only good on www.eezers.com - We no longer offer or support independent licenses of our script or platform.
I'm on the Free Package Plan, can I upgrade to the Premium Plan?
Of course! You can upgrade at any time. Simply email us directly at [email protected] or fill out a new order form with the same eezers username and community name.
I already have web hosting, can you install there?
Sorry, but we do not allow 3rd party / external web hosting. All platform installations must be running within our environment to manage updates, bug fixes, database maintenance and backups. If you already have web hosting for your domain, we can move you over to eezers with a few DNS changes. Choose the Premium Plan if this applies to you.
What does the free community site look like?
Our Free Site Plan comes loaded with all the same features and themes as the Premium and can be viewed on our demo site.
If you have your own theme or are looking for a fully-custom designed theme, please contact us. We charge a one time fee of $650USD for this service.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
All payments are made through PayPal or Stripe, which do not require having an account to make a payment, and are the only payment methods accepted.
What if I want a refund?
Sorry, refunds are not available. All sales are final.
